Padel Turf Systems
Our courts use padel-specific artificial turf engineered for controlled ball bounce, reliable grip, and consistent play speed. The surface is selected for durability, colour stability, and weather resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. Combined with high-output LED lighting, the turf ensures clear visibility and dependable playing conditions across extended hours of use.
Tempered Safety Glass
Certified toughened safety glass compliant with EN 12600 is used across all court systems, engineered to withstand repeated impact and high lateral loads. The glazing delivers clear, uninterrupted sightlines while maintaining player safety and structural stability. Documented testing and proven performance under strong wind conditions support long-term reliability in exposed environments.
Steel Court Structure
Reinforced steel frames form the structural core of every court, designed to maintain alignment and rigidity under constant use. The structure is verified for wind resistance up to 102 km/h, equivalent to Beaufort scale 10, ensuring dependable performance in demanding outdoor locations. Precision engineering supports both classic and panoramic court layouts without compromising stability.
Steel Mesh Panels
Powder-coated steel mesh panels are used on side sections to provide durability, airflow, and controlled ball containment. The mesh integrates cleanly with the steel structure, maintaining visibility while contributing to overall court rigidity. Protective coatings ensure resistance to corrosion and long-term exposure.
Fixings & Fittings
All fittings and fasteners are selected for structural security, corrosion resistance, and long-term performance. Components are manufactured to tight tolerances, enabling accurate installation, clean finishing, and simplified future maintenance or part replacement.
