Padel courts built
to last.
Explore our full range of standard and Scandinavian padel court systems designed for reliable long-term performance.
Our Courts
-
Standard padel courts follow a classic structural layout with a robust steel frame and fixed post system, delivering stable performance, consistent ball behaviour, and proven durability for clubs and high-use venues.
-
Scandinavian padel courts use a lighter, slimmer steel structure with a more panoramic design, reducing visual obstructions while increasing openness, light, and overall court visibility.
All courts are based on PASO XL systems, using reinforced steel construction with a choice of standard or panoramic layouts that prioritise openness and visibility. Certified safety glass, padel-specific turf, and precisely manufactured components ensure predictable play conditions, efficient installation, and dependable performance across commercial and multi-court venues.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
All courts are built from powder-coated S235 steel with 10–12 mm EN 12600 1(C)1 tempered safety glass. The Classic Line uses 2 mm box section steel profiles with an EPDM-isolated glazing system, while the Scandinavian Line uses flat 10–12 mm flat bar profiles and a modern EPDM-free glazing system for a lighter, cleaner and more rigid architectural design.
-
The Double Panoramic (Classic Line) removes the rear central pillars while retaining minimal side framing in traditional Box Section geometry. The Superpanoramic (Scandinavian Line) removes nearly all rear and side pillars using reinforced flat-steel corners and 12 mm glass for a fully open premium panoramic effect.
-
The Scandinavian Line delivers a refined, minimalist aesthetic ideal for premium clubs and design-led environments. The Classic Line is suited to high-turnover commercial venues prioritising proven durability and a familiar structural layout.
-
Courts can be equipped with JUTA or MONDO-style UV-stable turf with calibrated sand infill for consistent performance. Lighting options include high-quality LED systems on 6-metre pillars, suitable for indoor or outdoor use.
-
Each court requires 11 x 21 metres including safety zones. Indoor locations need a clear 8–9 metre ceiling height for unobstructed play and safe ball trajectory.
-
Outdoor courts use powder-coated and galvanised S235 steel, UV-stable turf and tempered glass engineered to withstand winds up to 102 km/h. Indoor courts use the same structure without galvanisation, as they are not exposed to weather loads.
-
A Double Court arrives with 1.7 tonnes of steel construction components plus 2.7 tonnes of tempered glass. Our installation team unloads, positions and assembles all components, then installs turf, sand infill and final finishes in one continuous workflow.
-
A Standard Double Court installs in around 3 days, and a Superpanoramic in around 5 days. Multi-court projects progress faster, averaging one court every 2.5 days, using dedicated lifting equipment.
